Today we had a special Junior assembly. This special assembly as being held as a way of congratulating our year 4 students who will be moving onto being year 5's next year. This was a special occasion as well as sad for not only the teachers but also the students. I have had the great opportunity to teach such wonderful Year 4 students who have flourished and matured throughout this year. It was really sad to say bye but I was happy as well as this meant a new and exciting journey for them for 2018. These students have shown aroha, kindness, responsibility as well as a motivation to learn. I know that they will be great role models for the juniors next year and I wish them all the very best on this new journey.
