Welcome to Room 16 2018. It has been a great start of the term this year. This summer Clendon Park School has had the privilege of being able to get free Community Swim lessons at our local Manurewa swimming pools. This term our overall topic is Belonging and we are concentrating on the Winter Olympics and Commonwealth games. It has been a great start of the year getting to know all the children in Room 16 this year. We have created beautiful pieces of Art work that represent who we are. I am really looking forward to teaching the tamariki in Room 16 this year. We have also been lucky to have a 3rd year student teacher in class this Term. The children have loved to get to know Whaea Kumar and Whaea Kumar has also really enjoyed teaching the room 16 children for the 6 weeks that she has been present.
